AAUW CEO Gloria L. Blackwell will participate in a panel discussion at Lehigh University on October 19, 2022, organized in partnership with AAUW’s United Nations youth representatives. The panel “Who Pays the Penalty? Wages, Gender, and Justice” will feature Gloria along with Rita Jones, Director of the Lehigh University Center for Gender Equity, and Stephanie Prevost, Visiting Professor of Law at Lehigh University College of Business. This engaging discussion will focus on women’s economic security and equity in the workplace, addressing the critical importance of equal pay, the care economy, and reproductive justice.
